RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CLAIMS

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, customers have 14 days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal without penalty or justification.

Exceptions:
Customized, unsealed, tested, or used products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons (Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and Art. 103 of RLD 1/2007).

To exercise this right, the customer must follow the formal return process in our system.

Returns must be made within 7 days, in the original packaging, unused, with all labels and seals intact, to:

The customer may be required to bear return shipping costs.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These general terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of La Nucía – Benidorm, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.

SHIPPING: SPAIN – BALEARIC ISLANDS – PORTUGAL

Orders are shipped via NACEX, with 24–48 working hours delivery to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, and Portugal.

Shipping cost is €4.90 for orders under €49.
For orders over €49 (after applying any discount codes), shipping is free.

No deliveries or dispatches take place on Saturdays or Sundays.


BALEARIC ISLANDS DELIVERY

Delivery by maritime transport:

  • 48–72 working hours for Palma de Mallorca

  • From 72 working hours for other islands

  • Cost: €4.90, free for orders over €49

Delivery times may be delayed by weekends or public holidays.


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • Fixed fee of €2.50 for orders under €100

  • For orders over €100, fee is 2.5% of the total order value

  • The total amount (including COD fee) must be paid to the courier upon delivery

International Shipping Policy

1. Customs clearance and order abandonment

Once the order has left our warehouse and has arrived at the customs office of the destination country, it is no longer possible to request its return to Tiendapadelpoint.com.

From that moment on, the management, customs clearance, and collection of the shipment at customs become the sole responsibility of the customer.

In the event that, after the order arrives at customs, the customer decides not to collect it or requests its cancellation, the shipment will be considered customs abandonment.

In this case, the order cannot be recovered and no refund will be issued, neither for the product nor for any associated costs.


2. Non-refundable shipping costs

Shipping costs paid by the customer, as displayed during the checkout process on our website, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to, cases where the order is abandoned at customs, not collected at destination, or not delivered for reasons beyond the control of Tiendapadelpoint.com.


3. Shipping costs, customs duties and taxes

The shipping costs paid through our website cover only the transportation of the order from our warehouse to the destination country.

Any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or other charges that may arise when crossing international borders will be determined and required by the customs authorities of the destination country in accordance with their local regulations.

Tiendapadelpoint.com has no control over or prior visibility of these charges, therefore it is not possible to determine them in advance or assume them on behalf of the customer.

Payment of these charges will always be the responsibility of the recipient.


4. Damaged packages

If the order is delivered with visible damage, the customer must report the incident within the deadlines established by the shipping carrier.

In order to initiate the corresponding claim, it will be necessary to provide clear photographs of the damage, as well as photographs of the original shipping box, where the shipping label must be clearly visible.

The deadlines to initiate a damage claim are as follows:

UPS and DHL Express: up to 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Once the claim has been initiated, the resolution process may take up to 30 calendar days, according to the timeframes established by the shipping carrier.


5. Lost packages

In the event that a package is lost during transportation, the customer must report the incident within the established deadlines in order to initiate the corresponding claim.

The applicable deadlines are:

UPS and DHL Express: up to 15 calendar days from the estimated delivery date.

The maximum resolution time for a lost package claim may take up to 20 calendar days, according to the procedures of the shipping carrier.


6. Order cancellations

It will not be possible to cancel an order once it has entered the preparation stage or has already left our warehouse.

In such cases, no refund will be issued, regardless of the destination of the shipment, its customs processing, or the final outcome of the delivery.


7. Acceptance of the international shipping policy

By placing an order on Tiendapadelpoint.com that involves international shipping, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and expressly accepted this International Shipping Policy.

The customer also accepts the conditions related to shipping costs, customs processing, potential duties and taxes, as well as the cancellation and refund limitations described herein, releasing Tiendapadelpoint.com from any responsibility arising from failure to collect the order, customs abandonment, or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
